On April 30th, Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Aliyev, received a working group of seven people from the "Uzbekistan-China Investment Promotion Center" in Urumqi. The Chinese participants included Li Jun, head of the "Investment Promotion Center", Li Cunpu, dean of the School of Economics and Finance at Xi'an International Studies University, Yang Yang, general manager of Hanuo Wen, and the chairman of China-Aid Tobacco and other enterprise leaders. The Uzbek participants included the ambassador to China, the director of the China Cooperation Department of the Prime Minister's Office, and more than ten ministers and deputy ministers from the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Transportation, and other ministries.

The meeting specifically discussed the new energy vehicle industry, which is primarily focused on by Hanovation Holdings, as well as the charging pile industry and the tobacco industry, which is under the responsibility of China Tobacco Uzbekistan. Both sides reached a consensus on cooperation. After the meeting, Prime Minister Aliyev immediately reported to President Mirziyoyev. President Mirziyoyev stated that this is a very important measure, crucial for Uzbekistan's development, and that full cooperation must be provided to achieve positive results. During his meeting with the mayor of Tashkent on the same day, Prime Minister Aliyev requested that they warmly welcome the Chinese guests and provide logistical support for the industrial transfer.

On April 9, 2024, Bean, the first person in charge of the Philippine Presidential Office, the Secretary General of the Parliament, DWIGHT, the President of WIN CORP, and Yang Yang, the General Manager of Hanov, visited Chang'an Automobile Group. During this period, Chang'an Group gifted the Secretary General with an A07 model. WIN CORP has signed memorandums of cooperation with Chang'an Group and Hanov respectively.

In August 2024, Hanover Holding established a joint venture company in the Philippines, HANOV RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELMENT CORP., and entered the formal operation phase.

On September 12, 2024, Mr. Arnel Del Rio, the head of the Manila Land Commission Jeepney, and Mr. Manila, the head of the Manila Department of Transportation's Road Administration, visited Chengdu Bus Factory. Chengdu Bus Factory signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hanov from the Philippines.

On October 25, 2024, representatives from the Malolos City Government visited the Xindu District Government of Chengdu City through the recommendation of Hanov, and the two governments reached a preliminary intention to become sister cities. At the meeting, Li Hua, Deputy Secretary of Xindu District, had a video exchange with Christian, Mayor of Malolos City. On November 19th, the Malalos City Government Office sent a letter to the Xindu District Government, hoping that Malalos Mayor Christian would visit Xindu District Mayor Wei Ke in early 2025 and warmly welcome Xindu District leaders to visit Malalos City and promote the development of sister city construction. During this period, Hanov Holdings stated that as one of the sister city project companies, it plans to invest in the construction of a series of projects in Malolos, including a new energy charging station, a new energy vehicle factory, a motorcycle factory, and a minibus factory.
